And they ask (sometimes) if you are having problems at home rather than the
actual problem (training or lack thereof) in an attempt to deflect blame and
give the flase impression that they care when in actual fact they are
looking for a lamb to fry........blah blah blah - and then ask you blow into
the bag too (presumably) just to make doubly sure you are sober............

And what happened to the signals while the signaller was being
counselled/yelled at? I am presuming there is only one signaller on duty, I
may be wrong........

Counselling is a very common occurance on today's CityRail system, it is one
of these "buzzwords" of the month which is different in mean than how it is
usually used - especially when it comes to things like performance
aggreements as applies to some workers.
