According to speed rail theyare still completing their EI study..with the purpose of starting next year Building that
is)  alsothey arent concerned re Virgin et all,,,they wee al allowed for in their original costings and plans.
The feds wouldnt know how to scratch themselves!!

The lobby group in Canberra is trying to expedite things!!

Some lobby groupsare trying to get some mileage vis a vis the second airport arguement..(whicjwe all know would be
unnescessary witha fast link to Canberra...but some are keen on that...those living in Canberra!!

Should be anintersting construction project withquite a few start up location required.

The tip is...they (lobby groups) are trying to stich up the extension to Melbourne and get that incorporated into
existing plans, to speed up that process as well.

Why this country takes so long to do anything!!!

Gee what version of TGV will they be up to by the time we get one running??
