Re: [NSW] messed up cityrail system



It is easy to tell which cars belong to which sector (either 2 or 3): the
clean and new ones are almost always Sector 3, whilst the dirty old ones are
almost always sector 2.

Also because sector 3 (black target plates) has less rolling stock than
sector 1+2 (red/blue target plates) it is very easy to tell which car
belongs where simply because of the much smaller number of cars.
