Does anyone know when the tracks leading to Platforms 12,13,14 and 15 in
Sydney Yard were electrified?
It appears from photographic evidence that they were electrified quite some
time before the yard as a whole was electrifed to coincide with the Blue
Mountains electrification about 1956.
Were these tracks, designated as "suburban lines" on signalling diagrams,
elctrified pre or post WW2.
