Yarwun Qld Question

Does anyone know what is happening at Yarwun, Qld. The small school has been
moved to a little over 500m away to where the old goods yard used to be. The
locals tell me something about a limstone loading facility being built and
it will be too noisy for the school. Also the small local tip will soon be
closed, with the transfer station being placed elsewhere due to the need for
land by the railway.

The only stange thing about this, is at Yarwun, the newish twin track line
is high off the ground on an embank ment. Meaning a lot of fill for a
loading station. Also, where is this limetsone(?) coming from and going to.
QCL @ QAL are just down the road, if they are the customer, you woudn't
bother to load it on rail. IF it is being converyed there from somewhere
else, it would be cheaper to load it elsewhere on the line, as you wouldn't
have the earthworks problems.

Can anyone help?
