To those with real knowledge

With regards to A 4 car V-set:

1)What are the known stopping distances for such a set having full emergency brakes applied when travelling at 25 Kph,
40kph, 50kph?
2) What is the  grade on the track section east of Glenwood?
3)How effective are the braking systems under emergency in these IC's?
