Have you ever tried to walk pass the ticket inspector at the barriers, for example the barriers at Flinders, without producing a ticket? I usually do, and you will find during any time of the day the inspectors are hesitant to ask you if they can see your ticket. Does anyone know when the yellow buttons/scanners on the validating machines are going to start working? JR
