Cleveland is nothing more than 2 dock platforms. Last time the BG went
there, they marshalled a diesel behind the steam loco. On arrival at
Cleveland (plat 1), the BG was detached, the diesel set the coaches back
then into plat 2. Once this was done, the BG set back then coupled to the
train. The diesel was detached and ran light engine to the shed after the BG
and train departed.

This is a slow procedure due to the fact that the home signal at Cleveland
(CD12) does not have a shunt signal. Therefore, the BG has to get an
authority to pass the home signal at STOP and couple to its train.
