The depot at Moss Vale for refueling has been there for at least two years.
I remember refueling the train at Goulburn a few times, than a few months
later they tell me it is done at Moss Vale.
Reason: It is believed that Freight Corp (who owned the refueling point)
pissed City Rail off.
