No sorry, it was W266.

W267 was the loco used on SG construction trains. Not sure when W266 arrived
in Vic? It may also have tacken part in construction? but 267 was used from
the Wodonga end towards Melbourne.

I haven't got a copy handy, but I'm sure there is a photo of W267 in: "V.R
to 62" being used on such work.
