All the car sidings are supposed to be getting high security fencing.
North Sydney car sidings amd Flemington Maintainence have it as well. 
The strange thing is that there are gaps in the fences. I suppose these
will be filled in later.

The loco hauled cars you see are spares. They did have some spare power
cars but I have seen 3801 ltd's pfz being used instead of the phn.
