I'm glad somebody picked that up.  Possibly 20,000 in hired coaches.
Possibly the rest in cars if they were full.  Obviously, I concentrated on
the CityRail activities, not on the broad picture.

Can anybody add to this.

The Pan-Pac swimming fans were all gone by 21:30.

I understand that, for the Olympic Games, there will be *no* parking for
private cars -- it's all for officials etc.
