Fun at Flinders St

This weekend, APLT on Friday 27th to 0400 Monday 30th, stage D3 of the CBI
will be commissioned covering the Up & Down Clifton Hill lines and No.s 1 &
14 Platform tracks.

Alterations are:  Up Home 155 capable of displaying Normal Speed Warning;
Down Home 156 capable of displaying Normal Speed aspects; New 'Style U' Up
Home 147 on Up side of track between Nos. 1 & 1A adjacent to 046 pts,
controlling movements along No. 1 tk towards 145 Signal.

On Sat. 28th, Absolute Block Working in force on the Up Line between
Jolimont and Platform 1 at Flinders St.  Block Sections to be: Up Home 183
(Jolimont) to Up Home 157 (Flinders St); and Up Home 157 to Up Home 145.
Hand Signallers in attendance to issue Caution Orders as directed.  Up
Homes 181 & 155 will be bagged and 'Train Stop arms removed'.  Points 046,
055, 060D, 083, 215, 218 & 094 secured Normal.

APLT Saturday 28th till 0400 Monday 30th; and APLT Wednesday 25th till 0400
Thursday 26th, control of Metrol Computer System B, (Caulfield Signaller's
Control Panel) will be transferred to Level 5 Transport House.  Caulfield's
area is all objects numbered 600 to 999.  Signallers, Senior Train
Controllers & Safeworking Supervisors will be on duty at both locations.
Post phones & Emergency radio calls remain connected to Metrol.
