Are you saying that CityRail allow early departures?? They can't be serious.
I've never read any warning to be at least three minutes early at the
station in case your required train is running early.

But then again, I shouldn't be that suprised. I sympathise with CityRail
staff who have to put up with Senior Executive lunacy.
