 Road north still cut, some probs. south with CTC failures due to
rain.  A chook with its head cut off would have a better idea of
organisation that the lot up here :-(
DTC has been introduced between Cairns and Mareeba. Cairns to Tvl
rumored for "later" in the year. ATP still a total FAILURE.
