I really cannot believe this utter rubbish. I know that there is a very large
concentration by all levels of management in both RSA and RAC on safety. It has
had an extreamly high management focus for some time. Part of the fee paid to
RSA by RAC (and other IWMP) is based on employee safety.

I have also worked as a consultant for Floor Daniel, and know that they have an
extreamly high emphasis on safety

Any one however who believes in 'Safety at any cost' is kidding them selves. If
the community believed in this they would shut all roads immediatly, because
about the most dangerous thing any of us do is drive our cars.
