Spot on again Maurie.  UP & DOWN, "lifting" their load
all belong to another era, mostly British 19th Century.
  
Vic, NSW and WA will have to be dragged into the 21st
Century of rail operations kicking and screaming.

Just a pity, the Feds do not have the back bone to
intervene and sought this mess out once and for all.
