This one's really got me stumped.

I saw B2.2100 on Friday night, it has recently had an addition:

A clear plastic / glass 'box' has been mounted above one of the doorways,
about 30 cm high, covering the width of the door.  Inside this box is an
old analogue clock face - not sure if it is a real clock or if it works.
The box is mounted approx 20 cm above the doorway, with a white panel /
sticker / whatever between the top of the door and bottom of the box.

What the hell and Why the hell?!
