New Rail America livery is...

Green and yellow (as already rumored).  The style will be based on the VR
livery, using the VR wings with the FV logo replacing the FV logo in the
middle.  The green will be a dark forest green.  The loco in Newport being
repainted is a G class.
Sounds quite attractive actually.
