Wasn't Melville originally a State Car?

V/Line has Murray, recently converted back to a dining car. This was the
    Spirit of Progress dining car.
Steamrail has Moorabool (still a dance car?) and Goulburn (crew car).
Goulburn, Campaspe and the original Murray w(not the one above) ere
    all dining cars.
WCR has its ex-Westrail inspection car.
