See S circulars at either http://www.steamrail.com.au (.PDF file) or

The steam crew off the lead loco R761 ran R707 back to Newport light
loco. It was seen leaving Ballarat and passing through Bungaree Loop
by a client of mine.

My information is that R761's stoker was giving trouble (ie not
working) at Ballarat, causing a 20 minute + delay. The crew elected
to proceed (hand firing, I assume). I don't know (yet) if R761 or
R766 was left at Donald (it was supposed to be R766 left behind, but
if R761's stoker has died.......).

No. R707 is back in Newport; R711 needs rods.

VOAF100 is black with something that looked like a 707 Ops logo on the
side, so I'd hazard a wild guess that it came from 707 Ops.
