True story - the governor of Vic used to travel all over Vic in State Car No 5.
Every journey he made was in the same car and so he would be in a good position to
notice how the track was. He commented to someone one day that the track in the
north east was the worst in Vic. The District Engineer of the day - M. Caldwell -
was heard to reply, "what would he know about track!".
