Melbourne SG Traffic and Network Service Plan

I have been looking through some of my older copies of the Network Service
Plan and comparing them with the last one published in Decemebr 1998. There
appears to be a significant amount of traffic deleted out of the plan,
specifically Sydney and Adelaide standard gauge traffic.

Why has this traffic been deleted out of the NSP? What is still running? Can
one obtain a timetable for all standard gauge traffic in and out of
Melbourne?
