Just a few questions :-

If Hillside/Bayside/Whoeverside closes an entire branch, for example as
above, are GW trains still 'tabled to run from FSS to Burnley or are
passengers required to get there by means of other services?

If a truncated GW service does run between FSS and BLY, is the bus
connection guaranteed?

What about return services. Are trains held at BLY to connect with the
buses?

Are stations manned to wrangle passengers onto the bus? If not, is signage
used?

What methods are used to inform the travelling public?

Any answers would be appreciated.
