Salisbury Comeng QR

Hi,
Between Salisbury and Rocklea QLD is the branch into the WW11
Commonwealth Siding that once served Comeng and English Electric.
These were used for delivery of locomotives and rolling stock which
was delivered to many states of Australia and NZ

There were both QR and NSW tracks.

An inspection this afternoon revealed the QR tracks have been removed
from the factory side of Beaudesert Rd. In fact the concrete road
gutter has been laid over the area that the tracks  were laid.

The NSW tracks looked ok. Recently the grass was cut. There was a pile
of wood that looked like new sleepers.
