 Doubt it, 3830 is owned by the Powerhouse Museum, and they are keeping
it very 'close'. Apparently the Powerhouse have directed it only run
20 times a year or something like that, and cannot be used on regular
services, ie the Cockatoo Run.

 3830 is a special service engine only.
