Once again the great consultant rip off!

Australian, and I suspect NZ, government agencies are well known for the
great "let's get overseas advice on a transport matter!  So we engage
someone who obviously knows nothing about the subject.  They then seek
advice from whereever, in this case mtu-t, put it all together and then
charge the authority an outrageous fee for a non professional service.

I hope no one on mtu-t provides input to this scam.
