This Sunday (25th October) the Boronia Rail crossing project will be open
to the public from 11am - 3pm
This is the second and last open day, as they have now laied the down line
and trains are expect to use the new down line in November. There will be
a time when the down trains use the new station while the up trains use the
old station. Then shortly after both up and down trains will use the new
station.
They were also installing the overhead when I passed through on route to
Puffing Billy last Sunday.
