Actually not true. BAA who operate the Heathrow - Paddington line are
charging a premium fare for the journey. The slower Underground is far
cheaper (GBP 3.60 IIRC = $9) for anywhere in Central London; you have to get
from Paddington to Central London which is another £1.20 on the Tube.
