CS66/CS12 (amalgamated trains of 3801 and SMR 18 from Robertson to
Unanderra) was delayed at Summit Tank by an Avalanche Detector Alarm for
approximately 3 hours today. CS66 (3801) originally due at Sydney
Terminal at 18:16, expected at 21:15.
This amalgamation of these trains, which was a regular occurrence,
whenever a 3801 LTD train was running the Sydney-Moss
Vale-Robertson-Unanderra-Sydney circuit and met up with the Cockatoo
train at Robertson, is meant to be the last, following the announcement
that the Cockatoo Train would cease operation on 24 November.
