Review of Rail Safety Accreditation Costs

The INDEPENDENT PRICING AND REGULATORY TRIBUNAL
OF NEW SOUTH WALES is currently conducting Reviews of NSW
Rail Access Regime and Rail Safety Accreditation Costs.

The Tribunal has released an issues paper for each review. Submissions
are invited from the public and should be received by the Tribunal no
later than 27 November 1998.

So far only the following have been listed as making submissions to
the Tribunal:-

FreightCorp,
Great Southern Railway,
NSW Minerals Council
National Rail
and one individual
