You have previously in here delivered implied criticism of transport
consultants for not drawing on community expertise in formulating
their recommendations.  Now, as soon as one asks some specific
questions within a framework which clearly shows that they do
understand the basic issues and conducting a wide search for
experiences with particular solutions, you get stuck into them for not
knowing their business!

You can't have it both ways!!!!!
