Re: How many NR locos are now written of?



Prior to its accident, NR3 had 3 fatalities, had its satellite phone number end in
666, and had the large square logo at No.2 end put on up side down. (In maritime
circles, this is a sign of distress).

 While it is posible for NR3 to re-enter sevice after it is repaired, no decission
has been made on whether it will be named NR3, NR41, or NR 121 as it has been
suggested.

At this moment only NR3, NR41, and NR95 are out of service.
