	And the 'Lackawanna' tried one for shuttling frieght thru the tunnel
	(Bergen Tunnels?) W of Hoboken (electrified) from freight yards (not)
	on either end.  Did not last long.  Best contribution of modern
	technology would be control gear.  Batteries, if of new technology,
	are expensive, if cheap are little better than what was then available.
