Thats a valid point but I bet that the RD has no plans to publish 
it.They were rather reluctant to publish any of them and the editor 
complained that they took up too much space.We live in the wrong state 
to be able to get this kind of information (unless of course you work 
for them!) The Victorian set up where you can buy the Master Train 
Plan seems a lot better to me.
