r.e. Concession tickets, when I'm out 'Conductoring' I'm amazed by the
number of passengers who are reluctant to show their concession card. 
"I showed the guy at the station" is their usual response, which I
generally refute with "how do I know you didn't have a friend with a
concession card buying you a half price ticket?"

Anyway, they're getting half price travel, showing their entitlement to
it is a small price to pay!  And if they don't have it....cough up the
difference thanks!
