Metcard Concession Checks

With the new metcard barriers at Museum when a concession ticket is used
the orange lights either side of the barrier light up.

This morning there were 6 PTC revenue staff checking concession cards
for the ones that lit up the lights.  A lot of people when asked "Can I
see you concession card, please?" showed the ticket but then when asked
again showed the concession card.  A lot look puzzled how the PTC people
knew that they had concession tickets.  There were 4 people given $100
fines in the 5 minutes I was watching.

This method of checking concession cards is very good, a lot of people
were just caught off guard.
