I was told told to buy Dailies and 2
hour tickets, as I could get a ticket
as a refund. I just bought another
Monthly and ststed quite clearly in
the letter attched to the refund form
that I had bought another monthly
ticket and when I get a refund would
not be able to use it straight away
as it would be Easter. But by the
looks of things it will be Christmas
by the time I get a refund. That
is why I no longer validate my ticket.
A few times at Museum they have
told me off and I just said "I am
not validating my ticket, until I
get a refund for the last one I lost"
After all it has the type and date
printed on the ticket.
