It means Page 202 of Victrack's Network Service Plan (it was formerly
known as the Master Train Plan - once upon a time it was the Working
Time Table) issue 28/6/98.

The NSP is certainly not a magazine <vbg> but you can sometimes get a
copy from The Railfan Shop - it is full of lots of very useful
information for the railfan (as well as the railway operator <vbg>).
