The reason it hasn't left yet is that there was yet another aborted attempt to
collect the loco from Thirlmere. This time (2nd attempt) the light engine was
sent out from Delec and went up to Thirlmere. Apparently control would not
allow the unit to be hauled back as a Rova Mech had not been issued despite
the fact that the unit had been inspected and passed to run. Had the unit not
been passed as OK to run they would not have dispatched a train to collect it
on two occasions.
