Some more info:

A W&W train will depart from Belgrave at 7:30 behind D21, including
the empty cars for the Climax trip, arriving Emerald 8:20

The climax will depart Belgrave at 8:00 light engine, arriving Emerald
9:40.

The W&W train departs Emerald 9:00 for Cockatoo

Special pass departs 10:30 for Cockatoo.

The W&W train will either depart from Cockatoo after the Climax
arrives, or maybe follow the pass back to Emerald.

No details of the afternoon yet....JD
