Yes I have - I regularly travel from Emu Plains to Chatswood, and I do not
mind travelling backwards.

I have also travelled from London to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Penzance, etc,
facing backwards - admittedly in air-conditioned trains, but much, MUCH
longer than 90 minutes. I did not have a problem with it.
