The problem is that Werris Creek was designed precisely for that reason,
that is for others to use it.

I have no problem with this and am looking forward to when Werris Creek
will be operating with a full crew (if we can find enough serious
operators) and we are at the stage now where more attention to correct
operating procedures needs to be paid otherwise there will inevitably be
more collisions.
