The DEMC piece of shit is usually the Chullora departmental shunter. I think
it's 4827, not sure. Last time I was on it, I booked about 20 faults and
refused to depart Chullora on it for a trial. It is an absolute shitheap. It
is sometimes used for transferring ballast between Clyde and Enfield on T988
for RSA.
