With the state budget to be delivered on Tuesday, in CityRail's opinion,
any publicity that justifies their claims for more money is good
publicity.
It's a bit late now, since the budget would be well and truly finalised,
but the last few months have seen a huge amount of "we need more money"
publicity from CityRail and RSA.
I suppose that's why the government leaked the story about the $250M in
cuts, so when the budget announces $150M in cuts (or whaterver it ends
up being), everyone will be happy.
