Melbourne Trains not Running

Due to a Major gas leak ona construction site under the Flinders St
viaduct (the New Aquarium) there is no Trains from Flinders St to 
Spencer St, No trams in Flinders Street 

The effected area is Specner Street to William St and the Yarra river
to Flinders Lane.

The orginal plan was to be fixed by 12:00pm but the pipe is a 12" main
feeder.  It now looks like (from the press conference) that peak hour
trains, tram and cars in that area will be effected.
