The tram types would represent those from all over Australia, even
including Perth, not just Melbourne. By arrangement with the Sydney Tramway
Museum, and quite possibly other museums, trams could be interchanged
between the museum and the Federation Line. Construction of a 'roll-on,
roll off' trailer is a possibility, like the old 'Lizard' which used to
transfer trams around Sydney by road. It's only about four hours to and
from Loftus. Of course you wouldn't use a Brisbane drop centre or a Sydney
toast rack in winter, but they'd be great for summer.

As I said before, please don't bag the project and give the feasibility
study a chance.
The proposal has been well thought out and if carried out will not only be
an asset for Canberra but the country as a whole.
