Not possible to bogie exchange them at dynon old bogie exchange is now
National rails wagon maintence centre as far as i know vline has no
bogie exchange facility any more any exchange would have to happen at
their alauda siding maintence facility . this facility is not realy
geared for widespread bogie exchanging.
