Vic. Working Timetable/Master Train Plan

Once upon a time it was possible to purchase a Working Timetable/Master
Train Plan showing all timetabled trains in Victoria (pass & freight). 
With all the changes to the PTC, V/Line, Vic Track etc. is it still
possible to purchase/obtain such a document or do the trains do as they
like and not stick to timetables as much or is it a race between NRC, SCT,
TNT to get their train on the track before the others.

Is there anything available on the net beside the passenger tables.
