V/Line has been railing grain by standard gauge to Dynon, then bogie
exchanging and hauling back to Geelong.

The actual cost of putting standard gauge into the Port of Geelong is not
great. I'm sure FreightCorp, GrainCorp and VicGrain could raise the
necessary capital.
